国民健康保険料 Health Insurance

国民健康保険料は3月分から改訂されます。都道府県別に料率が計算されますが、最高値と最低値で1％以上違います。近年で比較するといつも高いのが佐賀県や北海道、いつも低いのが新潟県や長野県です。しかも差が更に開いています。

The National Health Insurance premiums will be revised from March payment. They're calculated by prefectures. There's a big difference between the highest and the lowest. In the recent several years, the highest are Saga-ken and Hokkaido and the lowest are Niigata-ken and Nagano-ken. The difference has become bigger.
