日本でバレンタインにチョコを買うのは菓子業界の陰謀とか言いますが、欧米だと男性から女性に花をあげることが多いです。当日は学校で授業中の教室にいる女性にバラの花束が配達されたり、会社の受付に大きな花束が届いて「ヒューヒュー」とかやってました。
On Valentine's Day in Japan, girls are expected to give boys chocolates, and boys give back girls sweets on the 14th of March. At workplace, some female workers give their bosses or colleagues chocolates or sweets for better relationship but it came to an issue because some people are forced to join the party.
