「ナイーブ」という単語は「naive」と書いて本来フランス語ですが英語でも使われます。ちょっと違う意味合いで日本語の中で使われている単語の1つ。素直、純粋、傷つきやすい、というような良い意味で使われていることが多いのはこの写真のボディソープのせいなのかな？アメリカではどちらかというと悪い意味で使われていて「精神的に幼い」とか「ばか正直」のような意味合いなので面と向かって人に言う言葉ではありませんから注意しましょう。
Japanese people use a French word "naive" in the sense that you're honest and fragile. No negative implication. If a Japanese person told you that you were naive, please don't feel offended because s/he probably meant you were a nice person. It'd be great if you could teach her/him to use the word carefully because it contained negative meanings.
