シンガポールで好きな物の1つ、Little Indiaで飲むチャイ。30度を超える暑さの中、大型扇風機の風を受けながら飲む熱々のチャイは生姜のいい香りもあってほどよく甘くておいしいんですよ。本格的な店だと1mぐらいの高さからジャ～～～ってグラスに注ぐのを繰り返します。空気を入れて泡立てると更においしくなるそうです。
One of my favorites in Singapore, drinking hot chai at Little India. It's over 30 degrees celsius in Singapore but still nice to drink hot chai in the blowing wind from the large fan. Not too sweet with fragrant ginger. You can see the tea is repeatedly poured into a glass from about 1m (40inches) high to even make it more nice and mellow.
